Harvest Moon~

Harvest moon large in the sky,
A beautiful sight, as I gaze tonight.
Color so bright with orange and amber,
Low in the sky, as if waiting to catch my eyes.
Not many times have I have witnessed such delight.
This night~
I was meant to be outside.
Nocturnal sounds fill the night.
A gentle breeze sings whispers,
Songs that give me light inside.
Peace and harmony are here.
As I let down my hair,
Inhale a deep, long breath.
As my lungs fill with this fresh air.
Closing my eyes,
Joy, within my thoughts,

Serenity is speaking.

Clearing out chaos, soothing my mind.
Listening to the crickets~
A feeling of comfort with security I find.

No racing thoughts nothing extreme.
This is perfection, here in this scene.

No chance tonight for an emotional storm.
