Butterfly
I would be a butterfly with bright purple wings.
Fluttering on summer's morning breeze,
As the sun touches earth, it makes some sneeze.
Revealing colors in each blade of grass,
Showing their deep shades of green~.
Giving us love, mother nature whispers her scream.
Sharing giving bliss, breathing life into the earth,
Everyone recieves her magical kiss.
Flower's new bloom in sunlight's reflection,
Sparkling like stars, its pure perfection.
Dew feeding the near and far.
Beauty is endless, look outside of your car.
Take time to see,
Gently the breeze uplifts tiny wings,
Sailing to a purple rose, sharing nectar with bees.
I take time to rest.
Sharing moments in blue skies are best.
Taking flight at Summers end,
Catching a ride on southern winds.
Seasons change and cool air descends.
Butterflys time is coming to an end,
Mother Nature is closing summer's door,
My time here will be no more.

it's funny how one you knew for such a brief time....stays within your thoughts,,,like the butterfly...sometimes one is gone to quickly...but our lives are not dictated by nature and when attracted....one should stay longer.
thank you for your comment ~kind one..A whisper of a kiss sent to you and just maybe before this butterfly loses her dust a sparkle of magic will touch your heart. Before the last summer flight when then this gentle butterfly will return to the earth from where she came. I hope that you are well and it was nice to read a response regarding my writing.
